  • To find out what your financial responsibility would be you should contact your insurance company, by dialing the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Here is some suggested questions to ask:

    Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

    Do I have a deductible? If so, has it been met?

    Do I have a co-payment / cost-share / or co-insurance?

    Do I require approval or referral from my primary care physician?

  • We try are best to become in-network with as many insurance companies as possible. If you do not see your insurance company listed we encourage you to reach out to us because sometimes we can obtain what we call a Single Case Agreement (SCA).

  • A Single Case Agreement (SCA) is a special contract allowing a client to use their in-network benefits to see an out-of-network provider. It is an exception made by the insurance company where the client pays only their usual in-network co-pays and/or deductible.

  • Yes. We understand sometimes financial circumstances make it difficult to access therapy and we do offer reduce fees for these times. We encourage you to discuss with your therapist.
